Dr. Heather Harding

CEO, AESI

Dr. Heather Harding is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of AESI a worldwide conglomerate of three pillars: human capital management, education management and development, and information technology.

Dr. Harding and associates recognized inadequate human resource and leadership programs and established AESI in Lanham, Maryland. Under Dr. Harding’s leadership AESI continues to grow revenue and guarantee results by assembling expert consults to cultivate companies in need of outstanding management, solutions, and effective strategic analysis.   

Dr. Harding attended Johns Hopkins University – School of Education and completed their Administration and Supervision Program. She later earned a Doctorate of Education degree in Educational Administration and Policy from Howard University – School of Education. She has served in various supervisory capacities in areas of school improvement, curriculum and development, and strategic planning.
