Ildiko Oravecz

President, High Performance Consulting

Ildikó Oravecz has been providing training and performance solutions to organizations to support their business and organizational strategy for over 17 years. She has worked in non-profit, government and corporate environments to determine the knowledge, skills and behavioral attributes needed for high performance.

Ildikó's areas of expertise include design, development, and implementation of various types of learning solutions, facilitation, team building, program evaluation and project management.

Ildikó is a member of the American Evaluation Association (AEA), the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD), the International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI), and is past president of the NM chapter of ISPI. She holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Learning and Instructional Technologies from the University of New Mexico. When not implementing performance solutions, she can be found volunteering with Big Brothers Big Sisters or perfecting her tennis serve.
