Dr. Heather Harding

CEO, AESI

Dr. Heather Harding is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of AESI a worldwide conglomerate of three pillars: human capital management, education management and development, and information technology. Dr. Harding and associates recognized inadequate human resource and leadership programs and established AESI in Lanham, Maryland.

Under Dr. Harding’s leadership AESI continues to grow revenue and guarantee results by assembling expert consults to cultivate companies in need of outstanding management, solutions, and effective strategic analysis.   

Dr. Harding attended Johns Hopkins University – School of Education and completed their Administration and Supervision Program. She later earned a Doctorate of Education degree in Educational Administration and Policy from Howard University – School of Education. She has served in various supervisory capacities in areas of school improvement, curriculum and development, and strategic planning.

Deanna Couch 

President, M&D Industries

Ms. Deanna Couch is the founder and President  of  M&D Industries Corporation, which specializes in both security and intelligence support to the government and niche construction/corrosion control.

Ms. Couch is a retired Army counterintelligence officer. Ms Couch started her military career as a military policeman and segued into the counterintelligence world as a federal agent.

With over  25 years of management and investigative experience, Ms. Couch is trained Special Security Officer, Personnel Security Specialist and Department of Defense (DoD) qualified trainer. Ms. Couch has worked on numerous Army and Joint Staffs and has on the ground experience in planning, operations, DoD Budgets and contract development.

Ms Couch has deployed to Haiti, Bosnia, Afghanistan and Iraq. She was recognized as DoD Collector of the Year for Counterintelligence Support to Military Operations for her efforts in Afghanistan after 9/11.

After retirement, Ms. Couch began a career in the corporate world, working for a variety of small business entities and Lockheed Martin. As a program manager at Lockheed Martin, Ms Couch was recognized twice with Presidents Awards for excellence in Program Management. She is also a trained business developer and understands big business proposal development and marketing strategies. Ms. Couch specializes in managing contracts, to include in Theatre overseas deployments.
