Enterprise Leadership Program Details
The Enterprise Leadership Development Program consists of seven Modules. Each
module focuses on cultivating the business owner in a specific area of business.  The
courses are reality based and designed to prepare, aspiring entrepreneurs and startup
business owners for the challenge and rewards of True Entrepreneurship. Enroll.

Module I - Building An Enterprise That Works
This 3-4 hour workshop is designed to cultivate business owners into true visionary
leaders.  EDG works with a team of business owners to guide them through the
process of evolving into true entrepreneurs.  They learn four major strategies to
successful business ownership: 1.)To identify personal business strengths and
weaknesses; 2.) to build a profitable and growth oriented company: 3.) to avoid
business failure traps and self sabotage;  and 4.) the steps to implement a strategy

Module II - Planning for Business Growth & Profitability
Through this course business owners focus on mastering the business development
process. Using a realistic hands on approach, business owners walk through a
business case study to learn the business development process.  They learn the
importance of business development and how it affects the growth and profitability
of their businesses. Business owners are then expected to utilize this process to lay
the foundation for growth and profitability for their own businesses.  Prerequisite

Module III - Organizational Strategy: Structuring for Accountability
Without the proper organizational structure a business is doomed from the start.
Business owners create their organizational chart and structure in this workshop.  
They have the opportunity to think through their organizational strategy and
support it with position descriptions, contracts and business processes.  Must
importantly business owners learn why and how to keep everyone, including
themselves accountable for the growth of their companies.  Prerequisite Module I &
