The 5,500 square foot incubator is scheduled to open in January of
2007. The facility will hold 10-12 businesses, each business will
maintain office space from 450 square feet to 750 square feet. The

| shared reception, with access to conference meeting rooms, a research library and office equipment. |
| The incubator also provides access to funding, assistance | |
| with loan packaging, and other financial support services. |

| business development and growth, including business and strategic planning, legal counsel, accounting/tax, human resources, government contracting, strategic partnerships, marketing and PR, grant referral and preparation, insurance and risk management |
| Access to experienced entrepreneurs through the | |
| Enterprise Leadership Program, Business 2 Business discounted exchange services and networking opportunities with peer groups, area professionals and support organization. |
